The rebuilt TV payload flew on top of Jerry O'Sullivan's "Murpy's Law" using a J-415 since the previous rocket was totaled (see the first test page).
As can be seen in the video, it was a very overcast day. The "boing" at the top is caused by a tether striking one of the inverted V antenna elements, and got a good laugh from the guys on the ground as it was heard live over the downlink. Although it looks like the rocket flew completely into the clouds, we could see it all the way up to apogee. The video grays out because the TV camera is looking horizontally through the base of the clouds. Altitude was about 4500 feet.
